Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way as the case may be for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.
MO/2026/01404: THE NEW FARMHOUSE 82 THE STREET CAPEL RH5 5LA: Demolition of existing conservatory and chimney and erection of a single storey rear extension and insertion of 5 No. roof lights to rear elevation.
MO/2026/01405: CHURCH COTTAGE BROCKHAM GREEN BROCKHAM RH3 7JR: Replace existing timber windows with white high timber effect PVCu windows.
MO/2026/01413: ALPHA & BETA BILTON CENTRE BUSINESS PARK RESEARCH AREA LEATHERHEAD KT22 7NH: Erection of 4 No. buildings with 6 No. industrial and warehousing units (Use Classes E(g)(iii), B2 and B8) and ancillary offices, together with access, parking, landscaping and associated works.
