Notice Is Hereby Given that THE COUNCIL has received the following Applications:

Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015

Major Applications

Apollo Business Centre, 158 Trundley’s Road, SE8 - An application submitted under Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 for a minor material amendment in connection with the planning permission (DC/23/130258) dated 20 February 2024 for the Mixed-use redevelopment of the site for a new building comprising part 10, part 26 storeys, including purpose built student accommodation and associated amenity space (Sui Generis), affordable residential (use class C3), light industrial use at ground and first floor levels (Use Class E(g)), and retail / community use (Use Class E(a) / F1 / F2) at ground floor level, together with associated landscaping, ancillary plant, servicing and associated enabling work in order to:

10 Aberdeen Terrace, SE3 - Construction of a metal staircase, installation of side doors, an air source heat pump, bike shed and bin storage (DC/26/145488).

Brockley Conservation Area
1 Tressillian Crescent, SE4 - Repainting of existing timber sash windows (DC/26/145106).

Brookmill Road Conservation Area

Cobb’s Corner Conservation Area
264 Kirkdale, SE26 - Application for prior approval under Schedule 2, Part 3, Class G of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) for the change of use of the first, second and third floors from Commercial (Use Class E) into two self-contained flats (Use Class C3) (DC/26/145480).

Forest Hill Conservation Area
30 Wood Vale, SE23 - Construction of a single storey infill extension at the rear (DC/26/145501).

McLellan House, 47 Benson Road, SE23 - Replacement windows and rear & communal doors (DC/26/145541).

Telegraph Hill Conservation Area
20 Kitto Road, SE14 - Replacement windows and doors (DC/26/145347).
