The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012
The Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023
We have received the following applications under the Planning Acts mentioned above.
LBC – Application No. 43/2026/0401 - Elevate Your Soul, 170 High Street, Prestatyn - Internal and external alterations to facilitate the change of use from a shop to a public house.
LBC – Application No. 23/2026/0404 – Llawesog Hall, Prion, Dinbych – Partial demolition of building, to include area severely damaged by fire (Listed Building application).
