2) FPL/2026/175 - Former Site of Moreia Chapel, Dale Street, Menai Bridge

(in Administration) C/O CG Recovery Ltd and Desiman 2 Ltd

2) Lewis Forecourts Ltd
is applying to the ISLE OF ANGLESEY COUNTY COUNCIL for planning permission to:

1) Listed building consent for restoration and repair works to the Bailiffs Tower, Agricultural Buildings, Cartshed, Building M and adjacent structures, Penrhos House remains, Water Tower and Betting Stand to facilitate works in connection with RM/2026/2 at

2) Full application for the demolition of the existing dwelling and the redevelopment of the site to facilitate a petrol filling station and convenience store on land at
