Proposed development at: Old Park Farm Two West Clyst Exeter

I give notice that Mr Paul Williams is applying to East Devon District Council for planning permission:

Application Number: 26/1927/VAR

Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) on planning permission 15/2902/MRES (Approval of reserved matters in respect of the layout, scale, appearance and landscaping of a development for 165 (covering 3 of the 5 phases) dwellings, open space and associated infrastructure together with additional details as required by conditions attached to the outline planning permission ref:13/0001/MOUT.), to reprofile land to the north of Wilis Drive to accommodate the MUGA (Multi Use Games Area) and play area, together with associated changes to the approved landscaping

The proposed development is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
