CATEGORY B – Applications under the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990

Ref: 32669/APP/2026/2223 8 CLEVELAND ROAD, UXBRIDGE.

Proposal: Erection of a two-storey side/rear extension, to create 1 x 2-bedroom self-contained dwelling with private amenity space, parking, cycle and refuse storage, new boundary treatments and gates, following the demolition of existing side garage. (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the character or appearance of The Greenway Uxbridge Conservation Area).

Ref: 9277/APP/2026/2125 10 PEPYS CLOSE, ICKENHAM. Proposal: Conversion of existing integral garage to habitable use, erection of single storey infill side extension, amendments to existing porch, and the enlargement of front and rear dormers. (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the character or appearance of Ickenham Village Conservation Area).

Any representations on the applications should be submitted in writing to Planning Services, London Borough of Hillingdon, Civic Centre, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 1UW, quoting the relevant reference number or online at www.hillingdon. gov.uk or by email to applicationsprocessingteam@hillingdon.gov.uk.

Representations should be made by 28th October 2026 (21 days) for applications within CATEGORY A and CATEGORY B; Written or telephone enquiries may also be made to Planning Services at the above address (Tel: 01895 250230).
