Notice under Regulation 7(2) (b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant for the following development:
Construction of a care home with associated access, open space, car parking, landscaping, and ancillary works on land adjacent to Orchard House, Stirling bound by Drip Road, Lower Bridge Street, and Union Street.
The first of two consultation events will take place on 15th October between 3pm and 7pm at Northcare Residences Care Home, 20 Lower Bridge Street, FK8 1AA. Members of the project team will be available to discuss the proposals, receive feedback, and answer any queries during this time.
For further information and to make comments on the proposal shown at this first event you may do so via the feedback form available at the event, by email at orchardhousecarevillageconsultation@cbre.com, or in writing to CBRE Planning and Development, 7 Castle Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3AH.
Comments should be provided by the 30th October

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Stirling Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is submitted to Stirling Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
