SECTION 127 – PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF PARISH COUNCIL LAND
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Selston Parish Council intends to dispose of land in accordance with Section 127 of the Local Government Act 1972.
The land comprises:
Approximately 10.3 hectares of land situated off Station Road, New Selston, Nottinghamshire, shown edged red on the plan available for inspection.
A plan identifying the land is available for inspection at Selston Parish Council during normal office hours (Mon,Tues,Thurs, Fri 9am to 3pm) by prior appointment and may also be viewed on the Council’s website at
www.selstonparishcouncil.gov.uk
.
Any person wishing to object to the proposed disposal should submit their objection in writing, stating the grounds for objection, to: The Clerk to the Council Selston Parish Council, The Parish Office, Mansfield Road, Selston, Nottinghamshire NG16 6EE
