Great Yarmouth Borough Council has received the following planning application for development in the Borough, which is hereby advertised.

THE PROPOSALS BELOW ARE ADVERTISED FOR THE
FOLLOWING REASONS:
(1) Affects the setting of a Conservation Area (2) Affects the setting of a Listed Building (3) A Major Development
• Maltings Yard, Land between Beccles Road and Malthouse Lane, Gorleston; Demolition of warehouses and all other buildings; Redevelopment of scaffolding yard and land used for storage containers, for erection of 103 residential apartments (Use Class C3) comprising 6no. 3-bedroom houses, and 69no. 2-bed and 28no. 1-bed apartments, with associated infrastructure, parking, drainage, landscaping and off-site highways works. Application No. 06/25/0722/F (1,2,3)
Please email all representations to plan@great-yarmouth.gov.uk by no later than 23rd October quoting the application number.
All representations will be recorded on a public file, be viewable on the Councils website, and will be referred to the Secretary of State’s inspector in the event of an appeal.
