To hold a Public Inquiry into an Appeal by Colecar Strategic Land relating to the planning application made to West Suffolk Council:
At Brickfields Stud Cemetery Hill, Newmarket, Suffolk, CB8 7JH
Relating to Full planning permission for the demolition of an existing house and outbuildings and change of use of existing stable buildings to create 19 dwellings with associated external works including extensions to the buildings, alterations to the elevations of the buildings, creation of parking areas, landscaping; change of use of existing outbuildings to create 2 no. dwellings with associated alterations to the elevations of the buildings and associated parking provision; alterations to Etheldreda House to create 6 dwellings and associated parking provision; erection of two storey building to provide 11 dwellings with associated parking; creation of new access from Exning Road; landscaping, open space and ancillary works. Outline planning application for demolition of existing dwelling and existing structures and the erection of up to 43 dwellings with associated landscaping and ancillary works. All matters reserved except means of access from Exning Road
