REGULATION 25 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017 (AS AMENDED).
Planning Permission Accompanied by an Environmental Statement Is Sought for the Following:
26/1236/OUTEI: Home Farm, Common Lane, Radlett, Hertfordshire.
Outline planning application (with all matters reserved except access) comprising a residential development of up to 650 dwellings (Use Class C3); a one-form entry primary school and nursery; supporting mixed uses (Use Classes E and F) with associated landscaping; amenity space; drainage infrastructure and all other associated works. The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement (EIA Development).
Reason: Major Application, accompanied by an Environmental Statement, the proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated. The proposed development would impact a public right of way and may affect the setting of designated heritage assets.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
