Proposed demolition of existing buildings and erection of Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (‘Sui Generis’) with landscaping and associated works.
The in-person public consultation event will take place on Wednesday 14th October 2026 from 4pm to 7pm. It will be held at the Library Gallery, 1 Summerhall Place, Edinburgh, EH9 1PL where you will be able to find out more about the proposal and will also have opportunity to speak to the project team representing the Applicant. Further information will also be available at the prospective website
