The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
A/26/101407/VARMAJ St John Rigby College Gathurst Road Orrell Wigan Variation of conditions 2 and 6 of Planning Permission A/100956/MAJPSI to permit usage of the artificial grass pitch between the hours of 09:00 and 22:00 hours Monday to Friday and 09:00 to 21:30 hours Saturday and Sunday and to allow siting of additional storage container
The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area: Wigan Lane
A/26/101472/FULL 100 Wigan Lane Wigan WN1 2LF Erection of single storey storeroom at rear of shop. (Retrospective application) A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
A/26/101491/VARMAJ Wigan and Leigh College Parsons Walk Building Parsons Walk Wigan. Section 73 application to vary conditions 25 and 26 of planning permission A/23/96251/MAJPSI – to allow for alterations to cycle parking provision and Travel Plan.
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Wigan Council for the above works which the Council considers would affect the setting of a listed building and which is within a Conservation Area.
