Notice is hereby given that applications have been received by Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council for planning permission for the following developments:

APPLICATIONS FOR LISTED BUILDING CONSENT

P2026/0520 Listed Building Consent: construction of a new porch, new extension on the northern elevation, replacement of the first-floor south elevation window, repointing, installation of a rooflight, replacement skylight, erection of hit-and-miss fence, removal of internal walls, new bathroom, new toilet room including a new window, external waste pipes/downpipes and new smokeless bioethanol fireplace

Location: Oak Cottage High Street Pontardawe Neath Port Talbot SA8 4JN

Applicant: Mr and Mrs Morgan
