NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Tarmac Aggregates Ltd have submitted further information in relation to the environmental statement submitted under planning application 2019/CM/0244/LCC dated 14 October 2019 for Extraction of sand and gravel, relocation of conveyor and bridge, use of existing processing plant and ancillary facilities, importation of inert restoration materials with restoration to agriculture and nature conservation at Lockington Quarry, Warren Lane, Lockington, DE74 2RG.The further information, application, the environmental statement and other submitted documents may be inspected at: https://leicestershire.planning-register.co.uk A copy of the further information is also available for purchase from David L Walker Associates at Albion House, 89 Station Road, Eckington, S21 4FW paul@dlwalker.uk in paper format for which charge of £20 is applicable. Comments, quoting reference 2019/CM/0244/LCC should be received within 30 days either via the County Council’s website, by email to planningcontrol@leics.gov.uk or in writing to Leicestershire County Council (Planning, Historic & Natural Environment) Growth, Environment and Transport, County Hall, Glenfield, Leicester LE3 8RA.
