NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: Land East of New Road, Ampton, Bury St Edmunds IP31 1NX

Application No: SCC/0144/265F

I give notice that The Assistant Director of Environment and Waste is applying to Suffolk County Council for planning permission for the following development:

Proposal: Removal and replacement of pedestrian bridge.

The proposal would affect a right of way to which Part 111 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 applies. Namely the following:

a) Right of Way W-375/003/0.

Members of the public may view the application online at: Planning, waste and environment - Suffolk County Council until 22/10/2026, or by prior appointment at the Planning Section, Growth, Highways and Infrastructure,Endeavour House, 8 Russell Road, Ipswich IP1 2BX.
