The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent

1. Dismantle and rebuild sections of existing boundary wall between Huddersfield Central Premier Inn and 1 St Andrew’s Road following collapse at Premier Inn, St Andrew’s Road, Huddersfield. Application No. 2026/92536.

2. Further updates to a current listed building consent reference 2025/65/93353/W, including new conservation wall vents, amended barn door glazing configuration, amended thermal upgrade to walls below ground level, replacement purlins and removal of existing rafters to farmhouse at Stubbin Farm, 94, Stubbin Road, Marsden, Huddersfield. Application No. 2026/92552.

3. Installation of replacement windows at 52, Paris Road, Scholes, Holmfirth. Application No. 2026/92587.

10. Outline application for erection of residential development with vehicular access, parking and associated hard and soft landscaping (one detached dwelling) at adj Lorne House, 129- 131, Lane Head Road, Shepley, Huddersfield. Application No. 2026/92492.

11. Erection of single storey link extension and associated alterations at The Old Joiners Shop, 5, Garfield Place, Marsden, Huddersfield. Application No. 2026/92477.
