The council has the below proposals under consideration and is required to give notice.

Reason for notice: Major Planning Application

Application No: 2026/01154/FULM

Application Type: Full Planning (Major)

Location: Land North Of Skyline Drive Omega South, Burtonwood And Westbrook, Warrington, WA5 3TZ

Proposal: Construction of a clean multi-energy recharging and refuelling hub (use class Sui Generis) including parking, welfare building/facilities and retail, energy and utilities infrastructure and associated works (including ground works, plant, compounds, canopies, access and landscaping)

Applicant: Aegis Energy Ltd

A copy of the application may be inspected at online. warrington.gov.uk/planning.
