What is planned?

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that applications have been made to the BOROUGH COUNCIL of NEWCASTLE-UNDER-LYME for planning permission for the development set out below: -

Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990
Development affecting a Conservation Area /Listed Building

1. Installation of an Air Source Heat Pump to be installed to the property. Planning permission is being sought as the property is in a conservation area. At Forge Cottage Brampton Road Newcastle by Thomas Guilbert-Newell File Ref 26/00674/ FUL (Application site is within Brampton Conservation Area)
2.External alterations to building and site at Twyford House.

Removal of outbuilding for new parking provision. No Change of use required at Twyford Hall Hassell Street Newcastle by Mr Michael Sharp File ref. 26/00675/FUL (Application site is within Newcastle Town Centre Conservation Area)

The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2010 Article 13

1.Demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment of the site to provide a storage facility (Use Class B8)) at Talke Road Body Works, Talke Road, Bradwell, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, ST5 7NL by Mr Karl Parker. File ref. 26/00513/FUL (Application for Major Development affecting a Public Right of Way)

2.Detached building to provide community cafe and walking hub at Land Off Hardings Row Mow Cop Road Mow Cop Stoke-On-Trent by Mr C Hall File ref. 26/00615/ FUL (Application affecting a Public Right of Way)

During the period of 21 days beginning with the date of the publication of this Notice you may call in to Castle House Barracks Road Newcastleunder- Lyme ST5 1BL at any time between the hours of 9.00 am to 4.30 pm on weekdays only to inspect the application plans and documents. Alternatively, the applications may be viewed online at www.newcastle-staffs.gov.uk Any person who wishes to make representations to the above mentioned Council should make them in writing within that period to the Development Control Manager, Regeneration and Development Services Castle House Barracks Road Newcastle-under-Lyme ST5 1BL or e-mail to planningapplications@newcastle-staffs.gov.uk Please bear in mind that any communication you send will be open to inspection by, and may be copied to, other parties.
