I give notice that St William Homes LLP & Bath And North East Somerset Council is applying to B&NES Council for planning permission for Redevelopment for residential dwellings (Class C3 use) together with associated infrastructure, landscaping, new public realm, car and cycle parking, engineering works (on site and to associated areas), access and associated works. and that the application is accompanied by an environmental statement.

The application, plans and documents can be inspected at https://www.bathnes.gov.uk/webforms/ planning/ and alternatively at One Stop Shops, 3-4 Manvers Street in Bath, Keynsham Civic Centre, Market Walk in Keynsham and The Hollies in Midsomer Norton during opening hours.
