The council has received the following application, which can be viewed via the internet. Comments can be made online at www.buckinghamshire.gov.uk within 30 days.

Proposed development at: Land South of Iver, Buckinghamshire Notice is hereby given that David Wilson Homes Southern (on Behalf of BDW Trading Ltd.) is applying for an outline planning application for up to 550 dwellings (Use Class C3); public open space; landscaping; service infrastructure; and demolition of existing structures; with all matters reserved except detailed access from Langley Park Road and Thorney Lane North, and the reconfigured access arrangements to Shredding Green Farm.
Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application (including the Environmental Statement), amended and additional plans submitted online at https://publicaccess.buckinghamshire.gov.uk/online-applications/ including via internet terminals in public libraries.
