26/0178/FP — Morrisons Superstore, Broadway, Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire, SG6 3TS - Installation of CCTV pole cameras and installation of valeting air/vac unit following removal of no.7 parking spaces (description amended 21.09.2026).

26/02061/FP — Land In Front Of: 90 Hermitage Road, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG5 1DG - Installation of freestanding internally illuminated digital display screens (global street hub unit).

26/01254/FPH — 5 Manor Close, Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire, SG6 3NN - Erection of 2m high timber fence following removal of existing wire fence.

26/01853/FP — Old Grain Store, Network Rail Yard, Nightingale Road, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG5 1RZ - Installation of air conditioning unit and enclosure to existing north elevation.

26/02263/FPH - 15 Swan Street, Ashwell Baldock, Hertfordshire, SG7 5NY - Installation of front boundary fence with vehicular and pedestrian entrance gates following removal of existing fence and gate.

Proposal Affecting The Setting Of A Listed Building
26/02288/FP - Welwyn Equestrian Centre, Pottersheath Road, Pottersheath, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, AL6 9SZ - Part demolition and alterations to existing barn and stables, including alterations to fenestration, replacement roofs, and insertion of front roof lights to facilitate conversion to form a single dwelling with associated residential garden and parking area.

Proposal Affecting The Setting Of A Listed Building And Affecting A Conservation Area
26/01945/FP - Laburnam Cottage, 38 West Street, Lilley, Luton, Hertfordshire, LU2 8LN - Erect post-and-wire fencing to west (roadside) boundary following removal of existing fencing. Install free standing oil storage tank in conjunction with the erection of Willow screens (Development already completed).

For householder applications, in the event of an appeal against refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
