Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) – Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development on land at Dunterlie Park, Carlibar Road, Barrhead, G78 1AA for the erection of residential development with associated access, car parking and amenity space.
A public drop-in session will be held at the Barrhead Foundry, Main Street, Barrhead on Wednesday 7th October from 2.30pm – 7.30pm.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by 13th November 2026 to BarrheadArthurlie@ashscot.co.uk
This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to East Renfrewshire Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to East Renfrewshire Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
