Miah is applying to Calderdale Council for planning permission to: Vary condition 1 of application ref. 20/00193/FUL – to change location of dwellings within site boundary (move forward and rotate), increase height (by 1.6m from forecourt), and reduce projection of front gable by 834cm.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at: Planning Services, C/O Town Hall, Crossley Street, Halifax, HX1 1UJ by 15 October 2026.
