Notice is hereby given that White Horse Caravan Company Ltd, Seal Bay Resort, Warners Lane, Selsey, West Sussex, PO20 9EL has applied to the Marine Management Organisation (MMO) under Part 4 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 for a marine licence to undertake a one-off maintenance recharge of approximately 10,000cubic metres of marine shingle within the existing West Sands Coast Protection Scheme at Seal Bay Resort, Selsey, West Sussex. Copies of the application and associated information may be viewed online in the MMO Public Register at:

Representations in respect of the application should ordinarily be made by:

) and accessing the Public Representation section for case reference MLA/2026/00303.
However, representations will also be accepted by:

or
- Letter addressed to Marine Management Organisation, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7AR. In all cases, correspondence must:
- Be received within 28 days of the date of the first notice (24th September 2026);
- Quote case reference MLA/2026 /00303; and
- Include an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation received.
