Procedure) Order 2015, Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990

The following applications have been submitted to the Council. Anyone wishing to make representations about an application should do so within 21 days of the date of this notice via our website www.somerset.gov.uk/planning-buildings-and-land/ where the applications can also be viewed. If you are unable to use our online services, please contact our Customer Services Team on 0300 123 2224 who will be able to support you in accessing these services. Any representations received will be made available for public view.

Barrington 26/01823/HOU & 26/01824/LBC The Knapp, Main Street, TA19 0JB The property consists of the listed building The Knapp and some ancillary buildings including the so-called Barn. Integrated Solar Panels are to be installed on the roof of the Barn.

East Coker 26/02129/HOU Payvotts Farm, Payvotts Lane, BA22 9HB The erection/siting of a demountable building for use as a self-contained annexe incidental to the enjoyment of the host dwelling, Payvotts Farm House.

Winsham 26/01845/LBC East Wing, Leigh House, Forton, Chard, TA20 4HW Roof maintenance and repair work only covering to the front elevation.
