Location: 121 - 123 High Street, Plaistow, London, E13 9HH - Demolition of existing two-storey mansard roof and erection of a replacement mansard roof extension to provide three self-contained residential units comprising two duplex apartments and one single-level apartment (1 x 1bed, 1 x 2bed and 1 x 3bed units), together with the removal of existing unauthorised dormer windows and balconies.
(This application is within the setting of two Grade II Listed Buildings - Coach and horses public house & Passmore Edwards library).

Location: 22 Sprowston Road, Forest Gate, London, E7 9AD - Section 73 application to vary Condition 2 (Approved Drawings and Documents) - to facilitate external amendments during the course of construction, together with details of materials for approval, as required by Condition 3, attached to planning permission 22/00700/FUL dated 30th March 2022 which granted planning permission for;
‘Demolition of two storey detached house and erection of three storey building including basement to provide 7 new homes consisting of 4x2b, 2x3b and 1x4b with associated ancillary works and landscaping (Application site is adjoining Forest Gate Town Centre Conservation Area).
