Application For The Modification Or Discharge Of A Planning Obligation
The following is a list of applications in the Borough in accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Modification and Discharge of Planning Obligations) Regulations 1992 (as amended).
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application(s) and the relevant part of the instrument creating the obligation online at: www.newham.gov.uk/pa, where you will be able to review the details submitted and send us your views on the application within 14 days of this notice.
Take notice that Devonshires Solicitors LLP, 30 Finsbury Circus, London, EC2M 7DT, acting on behalf of Sage Rented Ltd has applied to THE LONDON BOROUGH OF NEWHAM to modify the planning obligation described below.
Planning Obligation:
Application pursuant to S106A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to modify the provisions in the Deed of Planning Obligation dated 25 August 2016 (15/00598/FUL_LLDC). The proposed amendments relate to paragraph 5.2 of Schedule 1 (Affordable Housing).
