Applications for listed building consent.

A260496 — 1 Bridgend House, Aberaeron - To remove/replace the slate covering on the roof, re-new the attic insulation, re-new chimney flashings and replace the Velux roof light with a conservation type roof light.

A260525 — Rummers Wine Bar, Bridge Street, Like-for-like replacement of one ground floor decayed timber window in the river facing elevation.

A360531 — Pier Building, South John Street, New Quay - Reinstating building components damaged or lost in this year’s fire incident. Reinstatement works follow a like for like repair approach and enhanced fire protection to achieve 60-minute fire compartmentation between floors. Additional Remedial works to restore the character of the building by replacing modern flooring with more historically appropriate material.

A260536 — Llangorwen Cottage, Clarach, Aberystwyth — The fitting of a 1000x800mm rear rooflight window in the kitchen. It will be situated towards the bottom of the rear catslide roof, ground floor level, to the right-hand side of the roof.
