Conversion of existing office floorspace (Use Class E) to 1 x two-bedroom flat and 1 x studio flat (Use Class C3). (AMENDED DESCRIPTION: 07/09/2026). Reason: Conservation Area.
26/1261/FUL/MT: 18 High Road, Bushey Heath, Bushey, WD23 1GG. Change of use from Class E (Ground floor only) to single dwelling (Use Class C3); partial demolition of ground floor rear extensions and construction of first floor infill extension, associated external alterations, alterations to fenestration and front entrance. Reason: Conservation Area.

Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice or 30 days if relating to an application accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
