NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:
A0032.26, Santander 73-77 South Street Romford,
1 x internally illuminated projecting sign and vinyl graphics to front glazing.
The development is in a Conservation Area.
L0006.26, 133 Upminster Court, Coach House, Hall Lane Upminster, Alterations to the Coach House to support rationalisation of the use as a training academy with 15 rooms of overnight accommodation, new teaching space and ancillary office space, comprising reconfiguration of approved west wing extension (refs: P2370.07 and L0018.07 dated 22 July 2009) and new enclosure of courtyard in lightweight glazed construction, restoration of original stable window openings in the front (south) elevation, removal of modern dormer and demolition of former scout hut and storage lean-to structures, replacement of windows, restoration of west chimney stack and internal alterations to restore heritage features.
The application is in the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan.
