Appearance and landscaping reserved; without compliance with Conditions 1 (Approved Plans), 3 (Commencement), 8 (Vehicle Access) and 10 (Limitations) of planning permission ref: SU/23/0326/PCM dated 9 January 2025 to revise the design.
