• 29 Regent Rd, Great Yarmouth; Change of use from Adult Gaming Machines Arcade (Sui Generis Use Class) to a Betting Shop (Sui Generis Use Class). Application No. 06/26/0640/CU (1,2)

• 29 Regent Rd, Great Yarmouth; Installation of internally illuminated fascia sign to front. Application No. 06/26/0641/A (1,2)

• Shemara Guest House, Wellesley Road, Great Yarmouth; Proposed change of use of existing guesthouse to form 1 no. residential dwelling. Application No. 06/26/0633/CU (3)
