Appeals by Hillside Enterprises, relating to the application to Castle Point Borough Council for: Outline application for up to 160 dwellings (all matters reserved except access) at Solby Wood Farm, Daws Heath Road, Hadleigh, Benfleet, Essex, SS7 2UD
