NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

FUL/000721/26 – Proposed change of use from A1 retail into B1 Business use, no changes to external fenestration at 49 Church Street, Flint. (This development affects the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.)

ADV/000763/26 & FUL/000762/26 – Proposed expansion into neighbouring retail unit, alterations to shop fronts & the installation of x 7 new AC condenser units to rear at Specsavers, 7 High Street, Mold. (This development affects the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.)

A copy of the application, plans and other documents may be inspected by members of the public until 16th October 2026 on our website at https://planning.agileapplications.co.uk/flintshire.
