NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at: Lode Baptist Chapel, High Street, Lode, Cambridge CB25 9EW. Take notice that application is being made by: Lode Chapel Limited. For planning permission to: 26/00885/FUL & 26/00886/ LBC - Change of use to convert former Baptist Chapel into a single new dwelling, involving partial demolition of later extensions, construction of a new two-storey extension and sundry landscaping and access adaptations. Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: East Cambridgeshire District Council. Planning, East Cambridgeshire District Council. The Grange, Nutholt Lane Ely, Cambridgeshire CB7 4EE, Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council by: 20.10.2026. In the event that an appeal is made against a decision of the Council, and that appeal then proceeds by way of the expedited procedure under the written representations procedure to refuse to grant planning permission for the proposed development, and that appeal then proceeds by way of the expedited procedure under the written representations procedure***, any representations made by the owner* or tenant** to the Council about this application will be passed to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to make further representations.
