Nodwch ar ba sail y caiff ei wneud. Os na wneir sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau o’r fath, neu os caiff unrhyw rai a wneir eu tynnu’n ôl, caiff Cyngor Sir Powys gadarnhau bod y gorchymyn yn diwrthwynebiad. The Powys County Council (Part of Public Footpaths 3 & 4 in the Community of Bronllys) Public Path Diversion Order 2026
The above order was made on 21 September 2026. The effect of the order will be to divert part of footpath 3 over land at Cae Waldis, Bronllys, Brecon LD3 0EZ running from OSGR SO1412,3483 to SO1410,3482 to SO1407,3474 to a line running from SO1412,3483 to SO 1410,3483 to SO 1410,3482 to SO 1406,3480 to SO 1411,3476 and then to SO 1411,3476 and to also divert part of footpath 4 running from SO 1408,3488 to SO 1410,3482 to a line running from SO 1408,3488 to SO 1410,3483, as shown on the Order map.

Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent in writing to rights. of.way@powys.gov.uk or Mrs C Lewis, Countryside Access & Recreation, Powys County Council, County Hall, Spa Road East, Llandrindod Wells, Powys LD1 5LG, not later than 28 October 2026. Please state the grounds on which it is made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Powys County Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Welsh Ministers for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
