NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with the Local Government Act 1972 Section 122(2A), the Oldham Borough Council intends to appropriate the land as described in the Schedule below for planning purposes (“the Land”).
The Council will consider any representations or objections to the proposal which are received within 28 days of the date of first publication of this Notice and which are addressed to Rebecca Butterworth Legal Services, Council Offices, The Spindles, West Street, Oldham, OL1 1LF.
A copy of the plans showing the extent of the Land is available for inspection at: The Housing Development Team at the address mentioned above and may be viewed by E mailing ben.hill@oldham.gov.uk to arrange an appointment
