PLAN/2026/0522/BRB: Change of use from agriculture to a mixed agricultural and residential use and erection of an agricultural worker's dwelling in line with the NPPF and Self-build and Custom Housebuilding Act 2015, retention of an existing shed, creating a new access from New Lane, hard surfacing and associated works (part retrospective)
