NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR MAJOR DEVELOPMENT

In accordance with the above, notice is hereby given that application(s) have been made to Epsom & Ewell Borough Council for permission to carry out the following proposal(s):-

26/00879/FUL – The Lodge, Bourne Hall, Spring Street

Restoration, repair, and upgrading of the lodge and entrance features. The proposal involves no material structural alterations, extensions, or adaptations.

Detailed Scope of Works:

Entrance & Gates: Specialist masonry repair to the griffin gate finial, render remediation, and refurbishment/redecoration of the cast iron gates and lighting.

Lodge External: Chimney and masonry repairs, replacement period-appropriate windows, doors, fascia, and portico bargeboards, with new rainwater goods and ground gullies to prevent flooding and damp.
