COMMENTS TO BE RECEIVED BY: 25th October 2026 The proposed development represents a potential departure from the current development plans relevant to the area, in which the land to which the application relates, is situated.

A copy has been sent to the District / Borough council and the Parish council / meeting for comment. If you wish to make any comments please write to the National Park Authority Office before the date shown above, please note the authority now permits members of the public and consultees to address its committees, including those which determine planning applications. Please contact Democratic Services if you require details.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
