g) Erection of a single storey extension to rear with alterations to doors and windows (Revised scheme of 25/01965/PLF) at Hopper Close Dale Gate Bishop Burton HU17 8QP (Ref: 26/02448/PLF)

h) Erection of a detached outbuilding with associated alterations following demolition of shed and wall at 10 Cross Street Beverley HU17 9AX (Ref: 26/02213/PLF)

i) Alterations to existing shopfront including redecoration at WHSmith 6-8 Toll Gavel Beverley HU17 9AJ (Ref: 26/02381/PLF)

j) Display of non-illuminated boxletters logo and projecting sign at WHSmith 6-8 Toll Gavel Beverley HU17 9AJ (Ref: 26/02382/PAD)

Proposals (b,c,d,f,g,h,i,j) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposal (a) is a Listed Building scheduled under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (b,f,h,i,j) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
