I give notice that Waste Recycling Group (Central) Limited, 3 Sidings Court, White Rose Way, Doncaster, DN4 5NU is applying to Oxfordshire County Council for planning permission: Section 73 application to continue the development permitted by MW.0039/15 P15/V0530/CM (for the deposit of non-hazardous waste including surcharging the existing landfill, extending the duration of landfill and clay extraction operations, temporary storage of PFA and ancillary activities to restoration) without complying with condition 77 to enable pipework associated with landfill gas and leachate management systems to be surface laid and wells to remain protruding above restored land level at Sutton Courtenay Waste Management Centre Appleford Sidings, Abingdon OX14 4PW.
