26/02231/FPH - 24 Wymondley Road, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG4 9PN - Part two storey and part single storey rear extension. Insertion of second floor rear windows and rear and side rooflights to facilitate loft conversion. Alterations to existing attached garage to include alterations to fenestration and raised roof height to facilitate gym and storage with study above in roof space to facilitate garage conversion into habitable accommodation following partial demolition of garage. (as a variation of planning permission 26/01063/FPH granted 17.07.2026).

26/01861/FPH - Meadow Cottage, 24 Charlton Road, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG5 2AE - Single storey rear orangery extension with glazed roof lantern. Extension and alterations to existing roof including insertion of rooflight to side roof slope, enlargement of existing rear dormer window including insertion of Juliet balcony and first floor rear roof canopy.

26/01637/LBC - 22-24 High Street, Kimpton, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG4 8RJ - Alterations to existing roof and structure including insertion of rooflights and replacement windows. Internal alterations.

26/02187/LBC - 104 Ridge Road, Letchworth, Garden City, Hertfordshire, SG6 1PT -Replace 3no. existing timber double-glazed windows to front elevation with timber double-glazed windows.

26/02189/LBC - 2 Kits Lane, Wallington, Baldock, Hertfordshire, SG7 6SP - Installation of an external oil-fired boiler on south elevation.

Proposal Constituting Major Development, Subject To An Environmental Statement And Affecting Setting Of Listed Building
26/02274/RM - Highover Farm, Highover Way, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG4 0RQ - Reserved Matters for - Construction of Phase 2a residential comprising 157 dwellings, associated road, drainage, servicing/utilities infrastructure, landscaping and open space. Partial discharge of conditions 7 (Highways),10 (Waste Management, 11 (Landscaping) and 12 (Sustainability) pursuant to outline planning permission reference 18/01154/OP granted 29.11.2024The outline application was EIA development and an ES was provided. An EIA update note is provided with this Reserved Matters application.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the Proposal should submit them in writing to this office by no later than 23 days from the date of this notice. For householder applications, in the event of an appeal against refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
