NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: The Northern, Palatine Road, West Didsbury, Manchester, M20 3YA

Take notice that application is being made by: Northern Lawn Tennis Club Ltd, C/o Deloitte LLP, 100 Embankment, Cathedral Approach, Manchester M3 7FB.

For planning permission to: Refurbishment works to the existing indoor tennis court building at Northern Lawn Tennis Club, including removal of the existing asbestos roof and replacement; replacement and alteration of rooflights; bricking up of selected windows; installation of new black louvred ventilation windows, replacement doors and mechanical ventilation system; removal of external fire escape stairs; upgrading of roof drainage; replacement of existing louvres and retained doors in black; and associated repairs and refurbishment to structural and external elements.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of this notice.
