NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the receipt of the following applications

1) Display of a non-illuminated freestanding sign

At Westwood Farm Highcross Road Southfleet (Application Reference: DA/26/01042/ADV)

which could be a departure from the Adopted Development Plan and the proposal would in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority affect the setting of a Listed Building

2) Erection of a two storey rear/side extension and partial conversion of existing garage

At 19 Eagles Road Greenhithe Kent

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Greenhithe Conservation Area (Application Ref. DA/26/01091/FUL)

3) Loft conversion with rear dormer and roof windows, garage conversion, single storey rear extension and change in colour of windows and doors to white

At Badgers Rake Red Street Southfleet

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Red Street Conservation Area (Application Ref. DA/26/01099/FUL)

4) Variation of conditions 1 and 4 of planning permission 25/01318/VCON to allow a revised substation location and associated revised parking layout (following the application granted under Ref 25/01318/VCON for ‘Submission of reserved matters pursuant to DA/09/01473/VCON for erection of a 3 storey mixed use development comprising of an A1/A3 coffee shop, an A1 retail unit, with B1 office units to the upper floors and plant and staff facilities on roof plus two ancillary A1 retail single storey units (convenience store and a dry cleaners’)) (Application Ref. No. DA/26/01097/VCON)

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order.

5) Erection of a new replacement fence (Application Ref. DA/26/01041/FUL)

At Larmer Church Hill Wilmington

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Church Hill Conservation Area and in addition, affect the setting of a Listed Building.
