ADDITIONAL INFORMATION SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO A REGULATION 25 NOTICE UNDER THE EIA REGULATIONS 2017

Proposed development at Pit 11 West Of Knockhall Chase Greenhithe Kent

I give notice that PMG Regeneration Ltd is applying to the Dartford Borough Council for planning permission (date received 22nd April 2025) for an Outline application with all matters reserved except access for the demolition of all existing structures and hardstanding and redevelopment of the site comprising up to 323 new dwellinghouses (Use Class C3) and/or residential institutions (Use Class C2), up to 400 sqm of non-residential floorspace in the form of children’s early years learning/day nursery and/or community uses (Use Class E), associated engineering operations, formation of highways accesses (on to London Road and on to Knockhall Chase), landscaping works and all other associated and ancillary works and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. (Application Ref No: DA.25/00464/OUT)

This advertisement is issued under Regulation 25 of The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 relating to a planning application subject to Environmental Impact Assessment. The applicant has submitted revised and further Information in regard of, inter alia, a reduction in the number of dwellinghouses (Class C3) from “up to 400 dwellings” to “up to 323 dwellings” including indicative highways drawings and revised and addendum Environmental Statement(s).

The public may view the Environmental Statement, copies of the application and accompanying documents online and (by appointment only) at the offices of the Planning Division, Civic Centre, Home Gardens, Dartford DA1 1DR during office hours and on our website at www.dartford.gov.uk (Select Planning, then Applications, then view planning history, planning applications via Public Access).

Members of the public may obtain copies of the Environmental Statement and the further information from the applicant at a cost of Electronic Copy via CD - £15 + postage, Hard Copy via Post - £450 + postage.

Any person who wishes to make representations concerning the application should do so in writing within 30 days of the publication of this notice (plus additional days for bank holidays falling in this period), to the Development Manager at the above address or to planning.reps@dartford.gov.uk.

Any representations you make must be made available to the applicant or any interested party.
