ORDER 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15
Notice of proposed development/works at (a) Stable Cottage, Far Wanless Farm,
Hollin Hall, Trawden 26/0636/FUL Full: Change of use of agricultural land to
residential curtilage and external alterations. The proposal affects the setting of a
Listed Building. The proposal is within the Trawden Forest Conservation Area.
(b) Land To The South East Of Pasture Barn, Pasture Lane, Barrowford 26/0628/FUL
Full: Erection of a dwelling. The proposal affects the setting of a Listed Building.
(c) Calf Hall Cottage, Calf Hall Lane, Barnoldswick 26/0601/VAR Variation of
Condition: Vary Condition 2 (Plans) of Planning Permission 17/0671/HHO The
proposal is within the Calf Hall And Gillians Conservation Area. (d) Right
Compound, Bankfield Mill, Greenfield Road, Colne 26/0655/FUL Full: Change of
use of land to car storage/recovery and car sales (Sui Generis) with associated
hardstanding and extension to existing car parking area. The proposal is within the
Greenfield Conservation Area and the Primet Bridge Conservation Area. The
proposal affects the setting of a Listed Building. (e) Owlet Nest Farm, County
Brook Lane, Foulridge. 26/0658/VAR Variation of Condition: Vary Condition 3
(Materials) of Planning Permission 25/0857/HHO. A Public Right of Way is
adjacent to the proposal. The Council has received this application and is required
to advertise it under the above legislation. A copy of the application can be inspected during normal office hours at Number One Market Street, Nelson until 16 th October 2026. Any representations about this application should be made either in writing to the
Planning Manager, Borough of Pendle, Town Hall, Market Street, Nelson, BB9 7LG, so as to arrive not later than 16 th October 2026; or a copy of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website (
under Planning/View Planning Applications) and comments made online. All comments received will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on the internet along with the application details. However, names, addresses, signatures, telephone numbers, email addresses, and personal information within the comments will not be published on the internet. Decisions are normally made within six to eight weeks (11 to 13 weeks for major planning applications). Details of the decision will not automatically be sent to those that have made comments.
