What is planned?
The Parish Councils of Medstead and Four Marks advise that the Medstead & Four Marks Neighbourhood Plan, 2025 to 2043, Regulation 14 Consultation will commence on Thursday,1st October 2026 and last for a period of six weeks, until Wednesday 12th November 2026. The Plan will be available for inspection at: Parish Office, Roe Downs Road, Medstead, Hampshire, GU34 5LG Parish Office, Four Marks Sports Pavilion, Uplands Lane, Four Marks, Hampshire, GU34 5AF Reference Section, Alton Library, Vicarage Hill, Alton, GU34 1HT Drop-in sessions in Medstead and Four Marks Village Halls (dates to be advised locally) and electronically on the Neighbourhood Plan pages (with supporting documentation) on the websites of Medstead Parish Council (https://www.medsteadpc.org )and Four Marks Parish Council (https://www.fourmarks-pc.org.uk ) All comments must be received, either electronically on the Neighbourhood Plan sections of either Parish website or sent to the Parish Office addresses above, by 23.59 hours on Friday 14th November 2026.
