What is planned?

THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015

The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:

26/1423/FH - 1 Malthouse Hill, Hythe, CT21 5BW - Change of use from a guest house (Class C1) to a dwelling house (Class C3).

26/1483/FH - First Floor Offices, Aspen House, West Terrace, Folkestone, CT20 1TH - Change of use & conversion of first floor office suite into 8no.self-contained apartments, including removing defective glazing & inserting matching walling, including new balconies, windows & doors, external cycle & bin storage & associated external alterations.

26/1502/FH - Flats 11, 12 & 12A The Metropole Court, The Leas, Folkestone, CT20 2LU - Listed Building Consent for a lead sheet replacement dormer roof cover.

26/1545/FH - Selsted Garage, Canterbury Road, Selsted, CT15 7HJ - Demolition of existing buildings & construction of 4 dwellings along with associated parking & landscaping.

Representations can be made in writing either online on the Council’s website, by email to planning@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY. Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publicly viewable on the Council’s website.

The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
